Sunday dinner should be one of two things - something you’ve been slowly cooking since noon, or something you can put down in fifteen minutes because you spent the afternoon on the couch. This was the second kind. Cheese tortellini, crisped pancetta, a cream sauce I leaned toward salty on purpose, parmesan to finish. We ate it with the television on, which is not how I was raised and is exactly how I like it now.
