Teriyaki salmon, rice, broccolini

A weeknight plate built around a piece of salmon I’d been meaning to cook. Teriyaki glaze dark and glossy over the top, sesame seeds scattered across everything, a mound of jasmine rice beside a pile of steamed broccolini. The kind of dinner that makes the house smell like a house and comes together in twenty minutes, which is about all I want to commit to on a Tuesday.
